In other news, I has job ^^
I'm working with OutdoorsForAll ([link]) here in Seattle, WA helping disabled children 12-21 do activities most of us take for granted- from hiking to water skiing to rock climbing (the real deal, not a fake wall) to kayaking! You'd be AMAZED at what these kids can accomplish, and even though I have a long work day (Get up at five AM, get HOME at five PM), I couldn't be happier with my job. It's not the best pay ($75/week), but that's not really what I'm doing this for, so I'm just grateful to have the opportunity. Thursday concluded my first week, and I was SO sad when I found out the kiddos I've grown to know are going home! Bummer, but I'll have a whole new group to work with tomorrow . came to work with me on Thursday when we did the ropes course, and got a rare opportunity to relish me in absolute terror as I climbed forty-five feet into the air and proceeded to clutch the pole in terror for the next half an hour! So... that's where I've been- working five days a week for the rest of the summer!

I DO have the week of the 13th off if anyone wants to get together, just fyi ^^

I am going to MONTANA with my father and dog We'll be staying in Glacier National Park, and I can't tell you HOW psyched I am about it! We have a little cabin to ourselves, and we're going to go white river rafting! Can't wait to tell you all about my adventures- I'd started to get jealous since has been traveling since the summer STARTED!! <3 So yes. I'll be gone from Friday the 24th to Wednesday the 29th and will be unavailable during that time, so if you need my cell number, make sure you get it before then!
